A 3-week literacy unit which covers text, grammar and composition of Stories in Familiar Settings. A short unit on Recital Poetry. The children created 3 poems and LOVED doing so! Please note that my class split in half on Tuesdays and was covered by an HLTA on Fridays, so these days are not ‘typically’ planned. They provide an LO and some guidance, however, which can be easily adapted.
